Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged.

Made-to-Order Products

All ForgeCo3D products are made to order.

Because each item is manufactured specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or variation
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to the 3D printing process
  • Slight layer lines or surface texture
  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box

If the damage occurred during shipping or is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ForgeCo3D is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
