Shipping Policy

At ForgeCo3D, every product is carefully inspected before it ships. Many of our items are made to order, and custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Processing Time

  • Standard products: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom or personalized products: Production time varies depending on design complexity and current order volume. Most custom orders ship within 1–3 weeks, but larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

Processing times begin after payment has been received and any required design approvals have been completed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays

ForgeCo3D is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist with filing carrier claims when appropriate.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.
